Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as one of the most influential techno education, transforming teaching, learning, and assessment practices. Among its man significantly enhanced educational measurement and evaluation by improving the acc fairness of assessment processes. Al-powered tools support automated gradin personalized feedback, learning analytics, plagiarism detection, and predictiv educators to make evidence-based decisions and improve student learning outcome. reduce administrative workload while facilitating continuous formative assessmer learning experiences.
This paper examines the role of AI tools in educational measurement and evaluatio current literature and contemporary educational practices. It discusses the a challenges, ethical considerations, and future directions of Al-based assessment sys highlights issues related to data privacy, algorithmic bias, transparency, and the cha in Al-supported learning environments. Although AI cannot replace human judg evaluation, it serves as a powerful complement that enhances the reliability, validity assessment. The paper concludes that successful integration of Al into educational r appropriate policy frameworks, teacher training, ethical governance, and cont development to ensure equitable and learner- centred assessment practices.
